Setting Up Your Organization Profile

Your LegacyCompact organization profile is the foundation of your impact management. Start by importing or creating your Theory of Change: define your target population, the social problem you address, your core activities, and the outcomes you expect to create. The platform will guide you through this process with templates designed for different program types and social sectors.

Defining Your Impact Indicators

Work with the LegacyCompact indicator library to select or define the metrics you will use to track your outcomes. Our library includes thousands of validated social indicators used by organizations in your sector, with guidance on measurement methods, data sources, and industry benchmarks. Start with three to five key indicators and expand as your measurement capacity grows.

Collecting Impact Data

LegacyCompact provides multiple data collection tools depending on your workflow: mobile-friendly survey forms for direct beneficiary feedback; integration with existing case management or program management systems; and import tools for data already collected in spreadsheets. Choose the approach that minimizes additional work for your staff while maximizing data quality.

Reporting to Funders
